1. General Refund Policy
S S Traders provides customized construction and contracting services. Therefore, all payments made are non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned in a written agreement.
2. Advance Payments
Any advance or booking amount paid by the client is used for planning, labor allocation, site preparation, and material procurement. Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced or within 7 days of payment, whichever is earlier.
3. Service Cancellation
If a client wishes to cancel a service within 3 days of booking and before commencement of work, the request must be submitted in writing. Any eligible refund will be processed after deducting administrative and planning charges.
No refund shall be provided if cancellation is requested after 3 days or after work has started.
4. Partially Completed Work
No refunds shall be issued for services that have been partially completed. The client remains liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, including labor and material costs.
5. Delays and Force Majeure
Delays caused by natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages do not qualify for refunds, regardless of project duration.
6. Duplicate or Excess Payments
Any duplicate or excess payment will be refunded within 7–10 working days after verification, using the original payment method.
7. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take 7–14 working days, depending on banking or payment gateway timelines.
8. Amendments to Refund Policy
S S Traders reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
